The 1105CDC, 11RCDG, RESCOM, PA facilitated the Donning of Ranks and Induction of Officers to the ROTC Officers of the Samal Island City College (SICC) ROTC Unit with COL REANDREW P RUBIO INF (GSC) PA, Director, 1105CDC/Commandant, SICC ROTC Unit held at Samal Island City College Brgy Peñaplata, IGACOS, Davao del Norte on March 08, 2025. The activity was also attended by Dr/Pfc Rey Navarro PA (Res), Dean of College, Mr James Russell Hussain, NSTP Director, ROTC Training Staff, and parents/guardians who witnessed the said special event. COL RUBIO emphasized the importance of responsibility and accountability of ROTC Officers in accordance with their ranks and position. He also thank the SICC Administration for all the support in the implementation of the ROTC Program.
