The Office of Civil Defense XI recently conducted a comprehensive Basic Incident Command Training for 48 dedicated reservists, volunteers, and responders from the Davao Region last July 17-19, 2024. This essential training equips our local heroes with the knowledge and skills to effectively manage emergency situations through the Incident Command System (ICS).
ICS promotes seamless coordination among different teams and agencies, which is essential for efficient resource management and effective communication. This structured approach not only enhances their own response capabilities but also strengthens the overall emergency management efforts, ultimately contributing to a safer and more resilient community.
