Task Force Balik-Loob was created by virtue of Administrative Order No 10 dated 03 April 2018 as a central coordinating body to supervise the government's reintegration efforts for members of the CPP-NPA-NDF including their immediate family members. The Task Force is composed of representatives from the Department of National Defense, Department of the Interior and Local Government, Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process, Office of the President, and the National Housing Authority, as well as other partner government agencies.

TRANSLATION: Ang Task Force Balik-Loob ay isang inter-agency task force na binuo upang tuparin ang layunin ng gobyerno na bigyan ng matiwasay na reintegration ang mga nagbabalik-loob na rebelde. Ito rin ang nangunguna, kasama ang iba't ibang ahensya ng gobyerno, sa pagbibigay ng benepisyo sa kanila sa ilalim ng Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (E-CLIP).
