ROTC Cadets from Samal Island City College (SICC) ROTC Unit led by MAJ ALVIN BATUCAN 2CL under the administration of 1105CDC, 11RCDG, RESCOM, PA led by COL REANDREW P RUBIO INF (GSC) PA together with Mr James Russell Husain, SICC NSTP Coordinator and Pfc Kennedy B Morales (Inf) PA, RMIS NCO, 1105CDC, 11RCDG participated in the civic-military parade in connection with 27th Founding Anniversary of the Island Garden City of Samal (IGACOS) at Brgy Peñaplata, IGACOS, Davao del Norte on March 07, 2025. It was also attended by LGU officials and employees headed by City Mayor Al David T. Uy, different agencies, offices, and organizations, Task Group IGACOS of Task Force Davao, 10ID, PNP, BJMP, BFP, and PCG.
