As part of the ROTC Program and its implementation, the 1105CDC, 11RCDG, RESCOM, PA led by COL REANDREW P RUBIO INF (GSC) PA in coordination with the Samal Island City College (SICC) facilitated the Closing Ceremony of ROTC MS 1 attended by 301 Basic Cadets at the Samal Island City College Brgy Peñaplata, IGACOS, Davao del Norte with Dr Jose Ersante M Fuertes, JD, SICC President as Keynote Speaker on December 14, 2024. The event was also attended by parents and guardians, Dr Rey Navarro, Dean of College, Mr James Russel Husain, NSTP Director, and ROTC Training Staff.
