11RCDG Recognizes Stakeholders During NRW 2024 Culmination Ceremony



Davao Region – The 11th Regional Community Defense Group, Reserve Command, Philippine Army, recognized and awarded its stakeholders during the culmination of 45th National Reservist Week (NRW) 2024. This event coincided with the Regional Mustering of reservist personnel; the Stakeholders Awarding Ceremony; Blessing of Female Barracks; and the 11RCDG Health and Wellness Program for reservists held at Headquarters 11RCDG, RESCOM, PA, Camp San Gabriel, Mintal, Tugbok District, Davao City on September 14, 2024. The ceremony was graced by COL ROMEO N BAUTISTA III GSC (INF) PA, Assistant Division Commander for Reservist and Retirees Affairs, 10ID, PA, as the Guest of Honor and Speaker.

Prior to this major event, the 11RCDG initiated and participated series of activities such as an essay Writing Contest, a Photo/Video Contest, a Fun Run, a Community Outreach Program, and the Reserve Force Caravan. These initiatives benefited 690 individuals, including reservist personnel, ROTC cadets, reservist applicants, and community members.

The culmination of the 45th NRW 2024 and the Stakeholders Awarding Ceremony was attended by organic personnel of this group and during the mustering of around 1,119 reservist personnel from RRUs and PAARUs, 1,128 members from the Standby Reserve Units, 2,855 ROTC cadets, and civilian stakeholders and partners. The 11RCDG recognized the efforts, unwavering service, and significant contributions of the awardees and stakeholders by presenting them with plaques of appreciation.

During the event, COL BAUTISTA III expressed his deep gratitude to 11RCDG and its stakeholders for their services rendered across the region, not only in support to Reserve Force Development but also in contributing to the efforts of Ending Local Communist Armed Conflict (ELCAC) through socio-economic development initiatives.

Similarly, COL JOSUE M. CABERTO MI (GSC) PA, Group Commander of 11RCDG, RESCOM, PA, extended his appreciation and congratulations to his personnel, reservist members, ROTC cadets, and various stakeholders for their dedication and contributions in bringing honor and pride to 11RCDG. "Let us continue to work hand-in-hand, strengthening our collaboration and partnerships in support to the supported units in sustaining peace and development in Davao Region," Caberto stated.
