IN PHOTOS | Colonel Romeo N. Bautista III, the Assistant Division Commander for Reservist and Retiree Affairs of the 10th Infantry Division, successfully led the Regional Annual Administrative & Tactical Inspection (RAATI) 2024, which involved various schools overseen by the 11th Regional Community Defense Group, Reserve Command, Philippine Army.
The event highlighted the values of discipline, teamwork, and determination, with active participation from schools such as Davao de Oro State College, Davao Oriental State University (DorSU) - Main Campus in Mati City, University of Mindanao-Matina Campus, USEP Main Campus, Cor Jesu College, and Rizal Memorial Colleges. Additionally, affiliated schools including University of Southeastern Philippines (USEP) Tagum-Mabini Campus, Kolehiyo ng Pantukan (KNP), Davao del Sur State College, and Holy Cross College Calinan were part of the event.
Colonel Bautista underscored the importance of the Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) as a powerful tool for instilling discipline, teamwork, and patriotism in young individuals, fostering their growth into responsible and productive citizens and future leaders. He praised the 11RCDG, led by Colonel Josue M Caberto, Group Commander, for their role in organizing the activities and expressed the commitment of the Joint Task Force AGILA to support initiatives related to reserve force development, emphasizing their dedication to peace and community development.
