In line with our continuing efforts to engage the youth and Civil-Military Operations activities, COL REANDREW P RUBIO INF (GSC) PA, Director, 1105CDC, 11RCDG, RESCOM, PA conducted lecture on Leadership and shared his leadership journey as former Commanding Officer, 91IB, 7ID, PA to Senior High School students at Southern Philippines Polytechnic College Inc Brgy Sasa, Davao City on January 04, 2025. It was also attended by some faculty members led by Mr. Windel S. Encarnacion, School Administrator. Further, COL RUBIO also gave a scenario-based situation to the students on environmental issues and humanitarian assistance and how to address it as members of the community.
