𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦📸 | COL REANDREW P RUBIO INF (GSC) PA, Director of the 1105th Community Defense Center (1105CDC), 11th Regional Community Defense Group (11RCDG), served as the Keynote Speaker at the joint Closing Ceremony of the Cadet Officer Qualifying Course (COQC)for the University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP) Main and CDM Campus ROTC Units. The event was held at USeP Main Campus, Obrero, Davao Cityon December 1, 2024.
The ceremony was attended by Assistant Professor Allan H. Navales, NSTP Director; CPT RYAN MEJILLANO PA (RES), Assistant Commandant; ROTC Training Staff; ROTC Officers; and proud parents and guardians, all celebrating the cadet officers' dedication and achievement.
