In order to ensure that the directives and programs will be cascaded to all ROTC Units, the 1105CDC, 11RCDG, RESCOM, PA under the leadership of COL REANDREW P RUBIO INF (GSC) PA conducted visitation to Holy Cross College of Calinan, Jose Maria College Foundation Inc, and Samal Island City College ROTC Units for Commandant's Time on October 11 to 12, 2024. COL RUBIO stressed the importance of the ROTC Program, discipline among the Cadets, implementation and monitoring of ROTC deliverables, and urged the Cadets to be a role model in their respective communities. During the said visitation, COL RUBIO and his staff also turned-over assorted office supplies intended for the above-mentioned ROTC Units as part of the administrative support from Higher Headquarters.
