Davao City - In line with the prelude activities for the 41st Founding Anniversary of the Reserve Command, Philippine Army, the 1105th Community Defense Center, 11th Regional Community Defense Group, Reserve Command, Philippine Army under the leadership of COL REANDREW P RUBIO INF (GSC) PA in collaboration and partnership with the Sub-National Blood Center-Mindanao of the Department of Health, Southern Philippines Medical Center, University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP), and the 6th Technical Administrative Service participated in the 4th RESCOM-Wide Blood Donation Activity held at the USeP Main Campus Obrero, Davao City on August 25, 2024.
The activity was also made possible and successful through the active support and assistance of the City Government of Davao, TADECO, JV Ayala Group of Companies, Brgy Council of Baliok, 2202nd Ready Reserve Infantry Brigade, and the 110th Ready Reserve Infantry Bn who extended their resources and manpower assistance during the said program.
Likewise, the ROTC Cadets from USeP, Rizal Memorial Colleges, and Jose Maria College Foundation, Inc, University of Mindanao, 10th Signal Bn of the Army Signal Regiment, PNP, PCG, and other civilian organizations volunteered and took their time in donating blood.
On the other hand, COL RUBIO expressed his sincerest thanks and gratitude to the partner hospitals, agencies, and organizations for their selfless service and untiring efforts in the delivery of service all in the name of service to God, country, and people.
