They also conducted OCC Advocacy attended by 12 reservist personnel to encourage individuals to join the OCC and its benefits especially on leadership development. Likewise, COL RUBIO shared his experiences and best practices as former Company Commander, former staff officer in the Bn, Brigade, and Infantry Division, and insights as former Commanding Officer of 91IB, 7ID, PA.
