Davao Region - With the ongoing programs and initiatives of the 11th Regional Community Defense Group, Reserve Command, Philippine Army, and its support towards the implementation of the End Local Communist Armed Conflict (ELCAC) in the sustainment areas of the 10th Infantry Division, Philippine Army, 1,160 individuals, predominantly Indigenous People (IP), accessed various services during the "6th Serbisyo Caravan" organized by the 11RCDG, RESCOM, PA. This collaborative effort, in partnership with the 10th Infantry Division, 1001st Infantry Brigade, LGUs of Brgy Belmonte & Laak of Davao de Oro, National Government Agencies, and various stakeholders/organizations, took place on April 28, 2024, at Brgy Belmonte, Laak, Davao de Oro.
The primary objective of the program is to provide essential social services to local residents who have been adversely affected by the false narratives and actions of Communist Terrorist Groups (CTGs), thereby thwarting any attempts at their recovery efforts.

Various services provided included medical and dental consultations, circumcision operations, free haircuts, feeding programs, blood pressure check-ups, legal consultations, distribution of food packs, meals, slippers, toys, snacks, ice cream, school supplies, hygiene kits, used clothes, parlor games, donated 2 wheeled chairs; AVP presentations, and NBI, LTO, & police assistance desks.
The beneficiaries sincerely appreciated 11RCDG and its partner agencies and stakeholders for bringing these essential services closer to the people, especially in areas affected by infiltration.
